Through the discussion we had, we come up with some ideas and problems that customer may face when using our proposed product. So based on that we create a questionnaire and to consider the chances of learning new ideas from the customers need. We made some questions which are suitable for the interview and by doing that we can be able to know the details that we seek through customer needs. Furthermore, the open discussion and interview with the customers can help us to learn the needs that may not be discovered by us......

After MSD class we gathered to discuss on Qaire. In this meeting, Aida agreed to draft the Qaire and sent to group members for review and amendment. We postponed our meeting to tomorrow.
